I am sure everyone will join me in wishing our esteemed treasurer a very happy 40th birthday. I am going out for a run with him today and will buy the cakes at Taylor's. However, if he wants candles he can bring them himself as I wouldn't be able to carry the weight.

Corporate hospitality hit new heights today. Yes one of our sponsors took me out to lunch today to celebrate me beginning "the back 9 holes of life". A pink fairy cake and a large coffee with all the trimmings (like milk and sugar) was lavashed upon me by GeeBee.
Who says this job doesnae have its perks !!

Before anyone else says it, I was the pink fairy.
This sort of business doesn't set a precedent however, I was just trying to get a reduction for next years sponsorship. I won't be a pink fairy for just anyone. |
